Calendar

Use the calendar below to find an available time for your event. Choose from the calendar and then complete the form to the left. You will be sent a link to download the contract. Please sign and return with your deposit. Once your deposit and contract is received, your reservation will be held with a courtesy hold.  Just let us know which dates you are interested in, and we will hold them until interest is shown by another party or you make your payment in full.

• Red: Booked Reservation
• Blue: Courtesy hold
• White: Available

Because we are a small business and we rent our entire facility to our guests, it is important we enforce a strict cancellation policy. 

There are also important policies that apply to courtesy holds including:

-Submitting a deposit and a contract is required with a courtesy hold.

–You will be contacted when another party shows interest in the same dates. At this time, payment in full will need to be made to convert the hold to a reservation. If payment in full is not made, the other party may book the reservation with payment in full. Deposits are transferable to an alternative date based on availability and a minimum of a 60 day notice.
