Please download and email, or send back the contract with your payment within 1 week of the approval of your courtesy hold. If arrangements are not made and the deposit is not made, the hold may be removed. If another group is interested in the same dates that you have a courtesy hold on, you may make your full payment to convert the courtesy hold into a booked reservation. This will guarantee your dates.
