Weekday Group Rates
Three Day Retreats
$80 per person*, you will enjoy a high-quality retreat for low prices with our reasonable mid-week group rates.
Three day retreats begin Monday or Tuesday and run through Wednesday or Thursday.
Group Rates are based on a 20 person occupancy. (Food not included)
Four Day Retreats
For $110 per person you can enjoy four full days in the comfort of our retreat center with our late check-out time on Thursday evening. Four day retreats run from Monday through Thursday evening. Group Rates are based on a 20 person occupancy. (Food not included)
For $180 per person, you can relax in a smaller group setting with four full days in the comfort of our retreat center with our late check-out time on Thursday evening. Group Rates are based on a 12 person occupancy. (Food not included)
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 4:00 and check-out is at 12:00, special requests will be honored based on availability.

$200 – Up to 4 hours
$400 – 4 – 8 hours
$500 – 8+ hours
($300 deposit and contract is required, (under 4 hours payment in full)
Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% will be added to totals.
Daily rates do not include bedrooms, or overnight stay.
Cleaning fee of $250 for groups of 25+

COURTESY HOLDS VS. BOOKED RESERVATION
Request a courtesy hold with a deposit until you firm up your event timeline when you’re not certain which dates you wish to book for your retreat or your event. Just let us know which dates you are interested in, and we will hold them with your deposit until interest is shown by another party or you make your payment in full.
Because we are a small business and we rent our entire facility to our guests, it is important we enforce a strict cancellation policy. Please review the policy in the Policies section.
There are also important policies that apply to courtesy holds including:
A deposit is required with a courtesy hold. Payment in full converts a courtesy hold into a booked reservation and is the only way to guarantee your desired dates.
Parties with a courtesy hold will be notified when another party shows interest in the same dates. At this time, full payment will need to be made to convert the courtesy hold to a booked reservation, and maintain your reservation.
Payments are transferable to an alternative date based on availability and a minimum of a 60 day notice. Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
